Supported Living

Some adults with disabilities require additional assistance to live successfully in the community.

Participants in our Supported Living program live in local apartments where staff are available to help with the activities of everyday life such as learning to do laundry, shopping for groceries, planning and cooking meals, and paying bills. Services are individually planned based on the preferences, priorities and needs of the individual, while also ensuring their health and safety.

With Boone County Family Resources support, individuals participating in the program gain confidence by meeting goals, becoming more self-sufficient and living the lives they want to live.
