Assistive Technology Exchange Program (ATEP)
- A free, referral-based service that provides individuals in Central Missouri access to various donated assistive technology equipment.
- Managed by Life and Work Connections staff.
- Items donated could include many things like toileting supplies, communication devices and adapted pediatric strollers.
Please note:
Items requested will not be delivered. The ATEP manager will contact you within 3 business days to discuss availability, and to coordinate a date and time to have your items ready for pickup. If you wish to contact the ATEP manager for questions, please finalize your request, then call 573-874-1995 ext. 353.

If you have an assistive technology item you’d like to donate, contact atep@bcfr.org or call (573) 874-1995 ext. 353.
Items BCFR is unable to accept because of potential liability are cribs, car seats and play pens. We also do not accept items of personal apparel because of the logistics of storing such items. We suggest those items be donated to one of the local businesses or agencies that are equipped to handle such donations.
