Boone County Family Resources provides employment services through the Individual Placement and Support model (IPS). When individuals are eligible for supported employment through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, they may wish to consider the IPS program.
When individuals are not eligible for supported employment through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, they may request help finding competitive work.

Individual Placement & Support Program
We help with anything related to employment such as:
- Job applications,
- Interviewing skills,
- Learning job skills,
- Handling job stress,
- Managing benefits like Social Security, and
- Any employer concerns you might have.
We can provide support for you when issues arise. If you have problems at work, we can help you advocate to keep your job.
