Our goal is to prepare you for employment.
Growing up costs money! People get jobs so they can live in and enjoy the community. Life & Work Connections offers paid, on-the-job training for youth who have had no job experience.
We offer custodial work year round. You receive training to learn the job, and while working you learn skills and habits for future jobs – being on time, teamwork, and doing a good job. During the school year, students may have an opportunity to receive school credit while earning a wage. In the summer, youth earn a wage while learning skills. Once you are ready to take the next step, we can help you get a job in the community.
