Job Skills Training

job skills training

Growing up costs money! People get jobs so they can live in and enjoy the community. Life & Work Connections offers paid, on-the-job training for youth who have had no job experience. Our goal is for you to learn how to keep a job.

We offer custodial work year round, along with landscaping work in the summer. You receive training to learn the job, and while working you learn skills and habits for future jobs – being on time, teamwork, and doing a good job. Once you are ready to take the next step, we can help you get a job in the community.
