Boone County Family Resources is currently seeking a proposal for the removal of old light fixtures and the installation of new light fixtures for both  interior and exterior lighting for multiple properties owned by the agency.

Interior:

• Remove and replace existing light fixtures and install additional fixtures to accommodate LED lights.  Properly dispose of light fixtures and lights off-site, in compliance with all applicable laws, at contractor’s expense.
• Fixtures will be furnished by BCFR.

Exterior:

• Remove and replace existing light fixtures to accommodate LED lights.  Properly dispose of light fixtures and lights off-site, in compliance with all applicable laws, at contractor’s expense.
• Fixtures and LED light bulbs will be furnished by BCFR.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, February 12 at 9:30 a.m. during which the service locations will be reviewed and questions will be answered.

Bid submissions are due by Friday, February 21 by 1 p.m.

The Bid Opening will be held on Friday, February 21 at 1:15 p.m. at our main office, 1209 E Walnut St.
