Life and Work Connections

Living, working, and playing among family, friends and neighbors in the community – it’s what we expect from adulthood.  Like everyone else, people with developmental disabilities need some level of support to reach their potential and participate fully in the community.

Life & Work Connections offers support by providing skills assessments, life skills training, work skills training, monitoring, assistance, help in finding and keeping a job, and help with housing. Whether they are young people transitioning from school to the real world or adults living on their own, people served by this program build skills for a full and meaningful life.
