Supported Living Assistant

Full-time & Part-time.
Non-degreed position providing care and support.

This is an entry level position and does not require a degree.  SLAs assist clients who live in residential placement (8-plex apartment building) with such things as getting to work, grocery shopping, banking, and community activities.  They also teach them daily living skills such as keeping their apartment clean, personal care and safety skills.  We provide 24-hour protective oversight for clients; the shifts usually run anywhere between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Teacher Counselor

Full-time & Part-time.
Degreed position providing care and support.
This is a degreed position.  A TC provides direct care as an SLA does, but is also responsible for administrative paperwork such as monthly reports, annual assessments, balancing checkbooks, or ordering medications for clients.

Community Skills Specialist

Full-time.  Degreed.
One year minimum experience working with people with developmental disabilities.  Help youth and adults build skills for life and work

Client Services Coordinator

Full-time.  Degreed.
This is a degreed, exempt supervisory position.  A CSC is responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor (SS) to manage a residential program, including the implementation of planned services and supervision of persons served as well as staff.  CSC oversees the completion of administrative paperwork and shares on call duties with the SS.  A degree is required, with a strong preference towards degrees, coursework, and experience that would lead to federally defined QMRP status.

Support Coordinator

Full-time.  Degreed.
Providing case management through the Family & Community Living Support program.  Requires related degree and 1 year developmental disability experience.
