Executive Director Position
BCFR is innovative, nationally accredited and person-centered. For more information, visit www.bcfr.org. The Executive Director is responsible for the administration of agency programs and services for over 1,400 persons with developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
- Degree from 4-year accredited college/university
- 5+ years’ experience working in the developmental disability field
- Experience administering a multi-funded, multiple service agency
- Employment experience with a SB40 County Board or the governing board of a related not-for-profit agency
- Demonstrated professional proficiency administering services in compliance with applicable county, state and federal regulations and statutes;

Position: SUPPORTED LIVING ASSISTANT
Full-Time and Part-time.
Degreed or Non-degreed position providing care and support.
This is an entry level position and does not require a degree. SLAs assist clients who live in residential placement (8-plex apartment building) with such things as getting to work, grocery shopping, banking, and community activities. They also teach them daily living skills such as keeping their apartment clean, personal care and safety skills. We provide 24-hour protective oversight for clients; the shifts usually run anywhere between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m
